The process is very simple. It starts
with the client sending the drawings, drafting, modeling or analysis
work along with specifications to any format as desired by e-mail or FTP
or post service. Pheon Tech team here in India will evaluate the scope
of work, the pricing and timeframe for the completion of the project and
send it to the client. On the confirmation of our quotation and time
estimate, the client will e-mail or FTP the full set of work. We then
dedicate a team depending upon the strength and technical qualifications
and the scope of work required and are fully trained in your systems,
rules and culture and become an extension of your work force.
The team will interact with its counterpart and execute the project as
per the specifications and time line. Before we send out the final
drawing our Professional quality management systems ensures that we meet
the client's requirement satisfactorily. Each job is checked and
cross-checked by exclusive quality control managers. The progress of
each job is tracked and monitored in systematic logs. Before
uploading/returning work, we undertake many QC phases so that your
office can spend less time verifying work and more on its own quality
assurance.
The final CAD DWG files can be delivered on CD-ROM(s) or transferred to
internet FTP site or by post. Any corrections if required will be done
free of cost for a period of one year from the date of uploading the
drawings. Once the final approval is received all the original drawings
will be returned as supplied by you.
